We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
🚚 Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes — tracked and signed delivery options are available at checkout for added security.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We may expand in the future, so stay tuned!
🧾 Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Need a VAT invoice? Just contact us and we’ll send one across.

Yes — everything we sell is factory sealed and sourced from trusted UK distributors. No grey imports or fakes.

🔁 What’s your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it. Returns on sealed products must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
